Very good deal from HP. For 670$ you get an high performance gaming laptop. The I5-3210M is a capable dual core cpu and the GT 650M 2GB GDDR5 we talk about so much give you superb gaming performance for the money (I didn’t see something like that till now). Another plus is the good battery lifetime (previous model review) if Optimus included – something that I’m not sure of. It seems like that dv4t-5100 comes without an Optimus solution which is a real bummer.
The 1-dimm 4GB is an annoying part as the upgrade for 2-dimm 8GB DDR3 memory is priced for 100$ which is ridiculus – just buy another dimm at ebay or something.

It does use Nvidia optimus or something very similar. It works very well. You can choose which programs to use Intel or Nvidia GPU.
